OUR NEIGHBORHOODS

Evergreen is named after a heritage stand of 50-year-old Scots pine trees in the southeast corner of the neighbourhood. This exceptional community brings together a variety of housing choices and commercial opportunities in a beautiful setting surrounded by parks and open fields.
Evergreen harmonizes nature with the convenience of city living. It was designed to preserve a group of 50 year old Scots Pine trees as an urban forest.
Boutique shops and services will be found at the Village Square, while larger commercial establishments are planned in the northeastern District Village.
Nestled amongst the Saskatoon Forestry Farm, open fields and the Northeast Swale, Evergreen is connected by an extensive system of trails and parks.
The University Heights Square, Preston Crossing and access to Circle Drive are just minutes away.

Willowgrove is located within the University Heights Suburban Development Area and is located at the eastern edge of the city limits.
Willowgrove is designed around a central Village Square, giving the neighborhood a cozy, small town feel while maintaining the amenities of urban living.
This was the first neighbourhood to blend the traditional designs of deep lots with back lanes and more contemporary designs.
Willowgrove has an abundance of parks and two brand new elementary schools, Holy Family School and Willowgrove School.
All amenities can be found nearby at the University Heights Square or Preston Crossing.
